GISELA'S SUNSHINE (Mondron 2001) 28" scapes, 6 1/2" flower, evergreen, early midseason, 4/5 way branching, 25+ buds, tetraploid. (OMOMUKI X KATHLEEN SALTER). A lovely yellow daylily selected by Gisela Meckstroth. The flowers have heavy substance with pie crust ruffling on the petals and sepals. Never fails to open even in cool weather. When well grown, scapes on a mature plant will produce up to 40 buds. Large, vigorous plants which are completely hardy in zone 5. Very fertile both ways. Inquire.
