MONDRON DAYLILY GARDEN

Hybridizing Northern Hardy Daylilies

Singing Radiance Daylily
  • Singing Radiance (Mondron 2010)

Singing Radiance, 24" scapes, 5 " flower, dormant, midseason, 4-5 way branching, 25 buds, tetraploid. (Glazed Porcelain Truffle X Ring of Shadows). A pretty pastel polychrome tetraploid double. The image shows an early bloom. As the season progresses, the color deepens and the slight hint of an eye disappears. Shorter than I would prefer at 24 inches but the foliage is low and the blooms are well above the foliage. Hard dormant and pod fertile in full sun and a candidate for getting different genetics and dormancy in tetraploid doubles. Inquire.
